Your first courier exchange is free.
Each additional exchange costs ₪30.
You can also visit one of our stores and exchange items within 14 business days of receiving them.
Sale items and swimwear ordered through the site can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns:
Changed your mind for any reason? You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
You can return items on your own to Brenner 18 or Allenby 77, Tel Aviv, or arrange a courier pickup through us for ₪30.
How will I receive my refund?
- Refund to the original payment method used for the order.
- Store credit for a future purchase. If you choose store credit, the pickup courier is free.

Shipping is free on orders over ₪249.
For orders below ₪249, the shipping fee is ₪15 per order.
Delivery Times:
Orders are delivered within up to 3 business days, not including the order date itself, and subject to courier approval.
Delivery may take longer for moshavim, kibbutzim, and other remote locations. In those areas, delivery may take 5 to 8 business days.
Business days are Sunday through Thursday and do not include the order date, weekends, holiday eves, holidays, or other days off.
During promotion periods, including but not limited to end-of-season sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Singles’ Day, delivery may take up to 7 business days, not including the order date itself.
General Notes:
Fridays, holiday eves, Chol HaMoed, and official days off are not counted as business days.
Delivery times are subject to the shipping policy of the delivery company, which is an external provider and responsible for fulfillment.
