We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we will help you find a solution.
How to start: Email support@shopuniformapparel.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
Returns: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Returns are issued as store credit, which you can use on any future order. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for international returns.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
Exchanges: Process the return for store credit and place a new order for the size or item you want. Email us first if you would like us to set the new item aside while your return is in transit.
Final sale items: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Final-sale status is shown on the product page at checkout.
